Wholesale & Orders
– MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Our standard MOQ is 5-10 rolls for in-stock items. For custom orders, MOQ will be discussed per project.
– Pricing: All prices listed on the website or provided via quote are EXW (Ex Works) Keqiao unless otherwise stated (e.g., FOB Ningbo/Shanghai).
– Payment: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), Western Union, or L/C for large orders. A deposit is required for production orders.

Shipping & Delivery
– Dispatch: In-stock items are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
– Shipping Methods: We can arrange shipping via sea, air, or express courier (DHL/FedEx) depending on your volume and urgency.
– Customs: The buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their destination country.

Returns & Refunds
– Quality Guarantee: We inspect all fabrics before shipment. If you receive defective goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos.
– Return Policy: Due to the nature of wholesale fabrics, cut rolls cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue.
